Are your products handmade?
Yes, each piece is wheel-thrown, not casted, so while they are made precisely, they each have an individual feeling.
What is the handling time for products not in stock?
If an item is out of stock, allow 2-4 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. If this is the case, we will reach out and provide you with an ETA.
How should I care for my products?
Our stoneware pieces are all oven, dishwasher, and microwave-safe. They are very durable, but not indestructible, so be mindful that they are ceramic.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the price on all domestic U.S. orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once it ships out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship orders on Mondays, so please allow 5-10 business days.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
No, all orders are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged?
